Keynotes
Inspirational, interactive and informative, I bring a high-energy keynote that will leave a lasting impression on your audience. Experience with large audiences (1000+) as well as virtual delivery.
Workshops
A deeper-dive with smaller groups to drive transformation. Workshops are intimate and participative. Modular in nature, they can be joined together to create longer journeys and may be delivered face-to-face or online.
Coaching
I maintain a small number of coaching clients to dig deeper on issues around personal transformation and leading teams. Relationships proceed on a quarterly basis. Also suitable for leadership teams.
Our Vision and Purpose
Wellbeing is the bedrock of what I do, but it’s much more than a cursory, check-box exercise. With 20 years experience in wellbeing and more than a decade in world-class leadership development I have the knowledge and expertise to connect wellbeing to performance, leadership and culture which unlocks personal and organizational transformation. The principal objective is sustainable high-performance leadership which helps create a culture of care and human flourishing. Keynotes, workshops, and coaching are the usual means of achieving that and I count on deep experience in other types of engagements including roundtables, fireside chats, consulting, and executive committee/senior leadership meeting facilitation. Get in touch to discuss your needs and read on for more details on core themes and the typical learning journey.Core Themes
My core themes with clients include workplace health and wellbeing, mental health, leadership development, habits and behaviour change, positive leadership, high-performing teams, virtual teams, and design thinking. An additional view on themes that form the basis of my work is represented by the 12 monthly topics in The Daily Reset: Movement, Habits, Sleep, Energy, Mindfulness, Nutrition, Exercise, Purpose, Ways of Working, Resilience, Leadership, and Community.
The Learning Journey
Though we often tailor programs according to specific client needs, the typical learning journey flow is comprised of three main elements; LEADING SELF, LEADING OTHERS, and DRIVING CHANGE, moving from the Egosystem to the Ecosystem, and from ‘What to do’ to ‘How to make it stick’.
In LEADING SELF we focus on the self and health and wellbeing which drives a long-term thriving state. Mindset and resilience lays the foundations for the rest of the journey. In LEADING OTHERS we look at positive leadership and human connection. Regardless of having a formal leadership role/headcount this is about the collective, mutual support and winning together. Finally, in DRIVING CHANGE we consider the long-term of locking in change, on both a personal and team level. Understanding habits allows us to move towards designing culture.
The learning journey may be completed over three days or several months, depending on the level of detail required and space between blocks. It may also be followed in-person, 100% virtual or hybrid, and supported via different tools and technology. We use a variety of touch-points including books (audio and print), podcasts and e-Learning videos.
